To put it mildly, this facility is a shadow of its former self. I suppose our expectations may been skewed based on prior visits but nothing really prepared us for what we encountered.
It was our first visit post pandemic and since Caesar’s purchased the property. We decided it was an ideal time to revisit the Horseshoe Casino,BC. Family and friends recently visited Bossier City to attend a bluegrass concert.
